International Whale Celebration 2012
Panama City, Panama, July 1st – 6th
Again, we will be coordinating an event that uses surfing, art, films and fun to express our mantra of “Whale Freedom!” During the time when the governing body for whales meets to discuss their “stocks” we will be interacting with the people of Panama City with the message
“Whales should be celebrated and their oceans a sanctuary!”
We need YOUR help to make this possible, please contact us with any offers

International Whale Celebration
Whales should be celebrated, not slaughtered!
Women for Whales is joining forces with global pro-whale groups and local organisations on Jersey to ensure that thousands around the world are inspired to celebrate whales – as the International Whaling Commission discusses their deaths.
.Our ‘IWC’ will unite people in honouring the whales, highlighting their plight, and inspiring others to get involved in their protection. We believe that in the midst of the conflict and corruption that takes place during the IWC conference, the magnificence of whales should be brought to the forefront as a reminder of why they should be protected.
